Tams Laundry room update

Laundry room phase 1 completed. Phase two won't start until some other house projects with greater priority are completed.

On this wall, or as pullout from under the shelves, I want to get a mounted ironing board cabinet.

On this wall (where coat hooks and cabinet are phase two will be building built in locker type storage with doors on front to hide visual clutter. I have pinned some ideas on my Pinterest laundry room board.

Basket on top of new shoe storage is for Jonathan's wallet and other pocket type stuff.
Phase two:
*Pant walls yellow to match rest of house
*bead board? Would not take much
*Built in locker type storage for coats, backpacks, shoes under, cabinets above etc.
*replace door to kitchen with small double doors to allow more room when door is open. Like the doors to master bath/closet
*flooring
*baseboards installed
*paint trim and door. Maybe a fun color for the door?

Phase 3
*replace dryer
*stained wood shelf above dryer/washer that goes all the way to the wall to keep stuff from falling back there.
*maybe built in shelves along side of dryer

  1. wow! looks so great! I don't get the fire-engine picture.... I think a pull down iron would be better than under the shelf. Way to go!
