Here's how the curtains look . . .

You have been begging to see the room "transformation" with the new curtains. . . so I figured I'd just post it on here :) The goal was an inexpensive way to lighten/up date things--what do you think? Any other ideas/suggestions?  Yes. . . I'm also taking (inexpensive) ideas for that ugly light fixture. . .

    tams! They do look so good!! I think you chose everything perfectly- the curtain type, the rod color, the height- everything!


    do you have a 'before' pic?
    It would be fun to compare the dramatic yet inexpensive (relatively) difference.

    I think you need a a big, substantial light fixture to help ground that open space.

    Wow! That REALLY makes me want to get curtains up in my front room! It looks awesome! And I love your tall plant thingy.

    I agree with Tawna about the light fixture. Something larger, and higher.
